RULES

- Deadline for all entries 31st December. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- It is down to you to ensure that the video you enter is the video that you would consider your best in the category, as we will not be judging on any of your other videos.
- All videos must only contain gaming footage. Any gaming footage is allowed.
- You may enter more than one category, but only one entry per category is permitted.
- You may enter the same video into more then one category as long as it is following all rules
- Judges can enter, and be nominated for awards. But will be unable to mark and assess their own entries.
- Entries can be videos already created and uploaded earlier this year, or can be newly made ones. But all entries must have been created in 2010.


Note To Judges

For each category a head judge needs to be assigned. The roles of a Head Judge are as follows:
- to create a promotional video for their category, the video's content is entirely down to them as long as it fits in with the awards theme. In the description of this promotional video there should be a bit more detail about the award itself, the rules specific to the category and the overall rules.
- The Head judges are responsible in deciding the specific rules to their category. The above rules are only suggestions.
- The head judge will be responsible for managing the entries for their category. That includes checking none of the entries are breaking any rules.
- For their category each Head judge will determine what qualities to judge their category entries on.
- The method used to judge will be a mark scheme, and all marks must be a total out of 100.

For example if you were marking a video entry to the best storytelling category you would follow this format.

Use of clips - 15/20
Flow - 10/20
Timing - 5/20
Creativity - 20/20
Story - 10/20

Overall Mark - 60/100

- So the Head judge can determine what you are marking, as long as the total marks is out of 100.
- It will then be down to the head judge to work out the three videos with the highest marks.

All normal Judges
- You will be involved at the deadline, you will be judgeing every single entry via the format used about.

And these would be the rules:

ONLY WMM & Game footage *duh*
At least 45 seconds (I think that's managable)
No hentai, gore... etc.(i.e. keep it PG13 or lower)
Yaoi and Yuri are allowed
Downloaded effects are ok
Please make sure that if your video is blocked in some countries that you are able to upload your entry somewhere else, making it watchable for all judges.
Collab/MEP parts are ok as long as they keep the time limit. But then: Please only enter your parts!

And the rules that you already posted. Of corse I'm going to write them more formal in my Video xD
