I'd like to have more voice overs in my videos with the music I choose. Is there a program that can remove music/background noise from a clip and leave just the voices?

Any audio program can, Adobe soundbooth, Adacity. Though, there isn't an effect that can eliminate background noises completely, that I know of anyhow. Sometimes removing sound manually can be the best. There are a few specific effects that will help, but varies from clips to clip.

Adobe Audition 3.0 has some great tools to get rid of (or smother) background noise/music. It isnt perfect, no audio program can get rid of something COMPLETELY, but Ive just started using it in college and Im thinking of using it for dialogue in my videos, when some of the characters lines are too disrupted with background music.

This program isn't cheap though...but there is always torrent floating around somewhere.
