After JUST LITERALLY FINISHING this KDrama i feel....well a little sad. I WANTED MORE GOD DAMNIT! Anyways, allow me to give you guys a quick review on what i felt were very important points within this Drama that made me spend a whole 3 days of my life watching it and most of all....LOVING IT<3

The Storyline

Firstly wow, you are dived straight into the storyline with Park Kyu (the main male lead) straight onto a ship, at first i wondered what was going on, but all was throughly explained in the first episode. The storyline was one of the most unique and gripping i have ever witnessed within a Drama. I was so fixated with this Drama that an awful lot of the scenes left me in repetition mode XD I actually loved it. The whole diving (you shall realise this "pun" once you watch the Drama) into Korea's historical background was so very thrilling and imaginative that i just didn't want to stop watching it. I love the fact it will not stick to one place and whereas you start in the small little Island of Tamra (Jeju) in later episodes you find yourself in Han Yang, a bustling capital in South Korea. It highlights very emotional events through out, leaving the viewer in a state of mixed emotions. I cried, laughed, squealed like a crazy fangirl, smiled...all these things contributed to what was an amazing storyline.

The Soundtrack

Quite possibly, the best Soundtrack i have heard from a Drama YET! The music was so well synced with the Drama's overall emotional impact heavily influences the feelings one would feel while watching this Drama. I remember on one particular scene if it weren't for the music, i'm not sure i would have cried as much as i did....or maybe i'm just a sap for emotional scenes. Who knows? XD

The Characters

HOT HOT DANG NABBIT HOT!!!!! IM JU HWANNNNNNNNNNNNN (Park Kyu) *o* Anywaysssss, yes i loved the characters XD Down to every bad trait they may have carried. I especially had a fondness for the male lead Park Kyu, not just because he is damn sexy and has one of those killer watt smiles that makes you feel like your heart is about to explode from the lack of oxygen reaching your circulatory system, oh no....i also loved him for his acting role and just how well Im Ju Hwan played off his characters personality. For a new actor on the block, i have to give him some SERIOUS HARDCORE CREDIT! The female lead also Beo Jin....maybe if she didn't cry every 5 minutes i could tolerate her a little more then i do now....but i guess....i've kinda become fond of her and feel without someone like her in this drama, it definitely wouldn't have been brought together.

Critical Points

I actually don't have a vast amount of critiscm to give to this Drama, i mean it was so good doesn't really need much improvement apart from one small thing...GET RID OF THE FAKE ENGLISH ACTOR Mpf No offense to the guy, but he cannot act to save his life....and a french guy trying to pull of an English person is a big no's like me trying to pull of being American....i just can't XD Me being English as well....i know my fair share of Englishness ;D. But....his acting could be i gotta hand it to him....he didn't do a horrendously hideous job of it....because if he did...i wouldn't have watched the Drama XD

Storyline: 9/10
Soundtrack: 10/10
Characters: 9/10

Overall: 28/30
