I was wondering, what is the main player party of each FF? The characters you pick usually give away what type of person you are as they are usually your faves ^^
So, aside from when you were levelling up, who were your main characters?

I personally can't remember the older FFs before 7 as I didn't replay them as often as the others, I'm currently replaying 4 but that's off topic ^^

For me it is:
FF7: Cloud, Tifa (then either Red or Vincent)
FF8: Squall, Zell, Selphie
FF9: Zidane, Eiko, Amarant, Freya
FF10: Auron, Rikku (then either Wakka or Kimahri)
FF12: Basch, Balthier, Penelo
FF13: Snow, Fang, Vanille

FF8: Squall, Zell, Rinoa (although I only played the game once. I hate it)
FF9: Zidane, Garnet, Amarant, Freya

FF13: Lightning, Fang, Vanille

FF7 - Cloud , Tifa And Yuffie [ On Disc On, Aerith As Much As Possible. ]
FF8 - Squall, Slephie & Rinoa
FF9 - Zidane, Vivi, Garent, Eiko.
FFX - Tidus, Yuna & Rikku
FFX-2 - Yuna, Rikku & Paine. xD
FFXII - Ashe, Penelo, & Vaan. [ But I used Everyone Evenly To Level Up. ] & Larsa.

FFXIII - Lightning, Hope & Vanille [Sometimes Fang. ]

FF7 - Cloud , Tifa, Cid/Aerith
FF8 - Squall, Zell <3, Rinoa
FF9 - Zidane, Vivi, Garnet, Steiner
FFX - all of them for whomever helped with weaknesses in combat as they were interchangeable, but,Tidus, Wakka, Lulu, Auron (BADASS AURON) XO the most. Yuna here and there for her white magic, and summons.
FFXII - Vaan, Ashe, Fran, & Balthier but I basically leveled all the characters evenly
FFXIII - Lightning, Hope, Fang

FFIII - This goes 4 times because my main party changed after each crystal: Warrior, White Mage, Black Mage, Red Mage/Knight, White Mage, Black Mage, Geomancer/Dragoon, White Mage, Black Mage, Dark Knight/Knight, Devout, Magus, Ninja
FFIV - The party is pretty much fixed for the entire game but my favorite party was Cecil, Rosa, Kain, Yang and Rydia
I haven't bothered playing FFVII and FFVIII far enough to actually have a main party
FFIX - Zidane, Vivi, Freya, Garnet/Eiko
FFX - Yuna, Lulu and Tidus, Auron or Rikku.
FFX-2 - Black Mage, White Mage, Warrior
FFXII - Fran, Balthier, Ashe
FFXIII - Lightning, Sazh, Hope

well I tried to rotate the characters as much as possible...but...

FFXII: Balthier, Fran, whoever-that-had-any-life

FFVII: Cloud, Tifa, Vincent

FFIX: Zidane, Garnet, Steiner (I didn't get enormously far in the game)
FFX: Auron, Yuna, Kimahri
FFXII: Balthier, Basch, Penelo
FFXIII: Lightning, Fang/Vanille, Hope/Snow/Vanille

I know Vanille's in there twice but sometimes the combo of Fang, Lightning and Vanille could work wonders.
