suggest me some freeware or cracked audio editing programs which can help me remove some background noises from a recorded video clip. Appreciate ur replies. Thanks :)

If it's just background noise that you want to remove then you can use Audacity's noise removal.

If it's to remove background music to keep characters voices you can only really do that if you use DVD rips with 5.1 surround sound in Sony Vegas. If you do have DVD rips however, you can follow this tutorial:
